We try to make this as easy as possible. If you are on a monthly subscription plan and your next order has not been process yet, you can log into welltold.com and click "My Account" then click "My Monthly Plan". You can edit your current order on that page.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING INFORMATION?
Log into your account and click on “Billing Information” select “Edit” and add or modify your information.

We process all orders within 24 hours of being ordered by you. Depending on where you live, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive an email that will tell you when you can expect delivery.

Sending your order to someone else is easy. Simply log out of your account and sign up the new person so they have their own account. You can enter your credit card on their account if you want to send a gift.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipping, you will be notified by email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site. We use DHL in the United States and Canada Post in Canada. Can’t find your tracking number? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can re-send it to you.

You will receive an email confirming your order with details of your purchase along with the amount that has been charged to your credit card.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?
Yes, we do not store your credit card information on any of Well Told Health’s servers, computers or network. Once you enter your credit card information, it is transmitted directly to Shopify pay, Paypal or Stripe, all of which are considered the safest credit card processors in the world.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
If you need to change your credit card information, you can delete your existing card and add a new one.
HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
You can disable your account by logging into your account and clicking "Disable Account”.
IF I DELETE MY ACCOUNT, WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION, CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, OR ORDER HISTORY BE SAVED?
You can disable your account by logging into your account and clicking "Disable Account”. Your credit card information is not stored on Well Told’s systems. Once you disable your account, we only keep a record of your order history.
HOW MANY ORDERS CAN I MAKE AT A TIME?
You can order as many products as you want.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK OR ON BACKORDER?
You can sign up for a backordered product on the product page and we will only charge your credit card when it becomes available and we ship the product to you. We will keep in touch with you by email to let you know when you can expect your backorder to be fulfilled.

Log in to welltold.com and click “My Account”. Then go to “My Monthly Plans”, select “Cancel My Monthly Plan”, and confirm.
CAN I PUT MY MONTHLY PLAN ON HOLD?
Of course! Log in to your account and go to “My Monthly Plans” and select “Pause My Monthly Plan” then select the dates you’d like to hold and click “Pause My Plan”.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY NEXT MONTHLY PLAN SHIPMENT COMES IN?
Log in to your account and go to “My Monthly Plan” scroll down to “Plan Details” and your next shipment date will be indicated.
