A shockingly healthy, decadent and delicious spread. We love it on toast in the morning, banana slices, pears and pretzels!
1 ripe avocado, cut into chunks
2 tbsp raw cacao
2 tbsp maple syrup
Coarse salt such as Fleur de Sel for serving
- Place all ingredients in a small blender or chopper and purée until very smooth. Voilà! Spread on everything. That’s all there is to it.
